Our Bayswater Jayco dealership is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our thriving team. What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in automotive or caravan/RV sales

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and energise a sales team

A results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

High attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service

A proactive and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
