Salary: $110,000 base + super + uncapped commissions + car allowance

Your Role
As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll drive new business and grow existing accounts across Victoria. You will lead all territory development activities—from prospecting and consultative selling to relationship nurturing and industry networking.
This is a field-based, senior sales role designed for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building partnerships, and is hungry to succeed in a premium growth market.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Growth & Sales Execution
- Develop and own a territory plan to expand market share across VIC
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads in medispas, aesthetic clinics, and wellness practices
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and ROI-focused demonstrations in collaboration with Clinical Trainers
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, clinicians, and key decision-makers
- Provide post-sale guidance to support adoption, usage, and commercial results
- Become a trusted commercial advisor and problem-solver for your clients
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Partner closely with the Clinical Training team to deliver engaging, effective product demos
- Work with Sales Coordinators to manage CRM entries, sales materials, scheduling, and customer communication
- Coordinate with internal marketing and events teams to activate brand awareness and local campaigns
Networking & Market Engagement
- Represent the company at trade expos, aesthetic conferences, and networking events
- Organise and host client workshops, peer-to-peer learning sessions, and in-clinic events
- Stay across competitor activity, emerging trends, and market opportunities
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B territory sales—ideally in aesthetic, medical device, or capital equipment sectors
- Proven ability to manage a sales cycle end-to-end and close complex deals
- Consultative approach with a commercial mindset and strong client-facing confidence
- Strong communication and presentation skills—both clinical and commercial
- Able to work independently, manage your calendar, and thrive in a remote-first environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
- Willingness to travel frequently within VIC
