Your Role

As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success. You’ll:

Recruit, train, and lead a door-to-door sales team

Set and manage daily KPIs and performance standards

Lead from the front — coach in the field and build momentum

Cultivate a competitive, results-focused team culture

Work closely with senior leadership on local expansion strategy

What You Bring

12+ months of door-to-door or direct sales experience

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate others

A self-starter mindset with strong goal orientation

Excellent communication and team-building skills

A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within your area
