About the role

Wilmour Motors is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our new and used car sales teams. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing sales , and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This full-time role is based in our Maffra, VIC dealership.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives

Manage Day to Day sales, performance and Inventory

Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the sales team

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed decisions

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns

Provide regular performance reports and feedback to the Dealer Principal

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales and or management role, preferably within the automotive industry

Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Proficient in analysing sales data and using it to drive strategic decision-making

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Thorough understanding of the automotive industry, including product knowledge and market trends

Relevant qualifications in sales, management, or a related field would be highly regarded
