With a strong pipeline of projects and a national client base, they are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in their continued success.

About the Role As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be trusted with the end-to-end delivery of diverse and complex projects — from feasibility and planning through to construction and handover. The project portfolio spans commercial, retail, industrial, and medical sectors, offering broad exposure and variety.
You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, taking ownership of program, budget, and stakeholder management to ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of multiple projects across Queensland (and occasionally interstate)
• Manage consultants, approvals, contractors, and stakeholders from concept through to completion
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to quality expectations
• Support junior team members and contribute to internal project process development
• Collaborate closely with Directors and be part of strategic project decisions

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction or project management, specifically in commercial or retail sectors
• Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end (client-side or consultancy experience preferred)
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
• High attention to detail, with strong financial, contract admin and reporting capabilities
• Experience across industrial or medical projects is a plus
• Degree in Construction Management, Property, Engineering or similar discipline
