The Role
- Own the development lifecycle including feasibility, acquisition support, DA, design, procurement, construction, and delivery alongside a Senior DM.
- Prepare and manage feasibility studies using Estate Master, as well as cashflows and investment decks
- Drive DA submissions and approvals with planners, consultants and authorities
- Collaborate with in-house and external teams on design development to balance vision, cost and buildability
- Run value management and consultant performance reviews during design
- Support JV and investor communications through clear reporting and progress tracking
- Lead tender and procurement strategies, contractor engagement, and commercial terms
- Interface closely with the builder throughout delivery, including program, budget, quality and milestones
- Problem-solve proactively and own the outcome when challenges arise
- Represent the business professionally in dealings with council, community, and partners
- Support or lead additional site opportunities across key Brisbane growth corridors
The Person
- 3-6 years in property development & delivery (multi-residential, mixed-use or commercial)
- Hands on, roll up the sleeves attitude and work ethic
- Strong understanding of SE QLD planning frameworks (Brisbane experience preferred)
- Track record delivering residential towers or complex staged developments
- Financial literacy and confidence in modelling, analysis, and reporting
- Effective communicator and relationship builder across internal and external stakeholders
- Organised, structured and proactive, able to manage projects with limited direction
- Commercially minded problem-solver with drive to add value and push projects forward
- Adaptable and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, agile private developer
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Engineering or related field

- $160,000 - $200,000 + Super
- Profit Share: Structured bonus arrangement with equity upside tied to project and business performance
