We’re a well-established civil contractor delivering high-spec infrastructure projects across regional Queensland, with a strong focus on concrete floodways, culverts, and road upgrades. Our business is growing, and we’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to take the reins on upcoming remote works.

About the Role
This role will suit a seasoned Project Manager with a solid background in civil infrastructure, particularly concrete structures and regional delivery. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll operate in a hybrid capacity—managing program, commercial, and stakeholder aspects while travelling to site as required for delivery oversight and team leadership.

What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of civil and concrete projects across remote QLD

Manage program, cost, and risk in line with contract requirements (AS2124/AS4000)

Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and QA systems

Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Support site crews with practical guidance and decision-making

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in civil project management, with concrete and remote project delivery

Proven track record on regional/local government or infrastructure projects

Ability to travel to site on a rotational/as-needed basis

Strong commercial and program skills

Confident communicator and people leader

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software

Current Drivers Licence
