We’re Kwetta. We’re a fast-moving scale-up building smarter EV charging solutions that unlock the potential of the power grid. As we expand across Australia, we’re looking for a Grid & Delivery Project Manager to join our mission. You’ll work remotely from Sydney or Melbourne, with travel to customer sites as needed. This role sits at the heart of grid unlock, customer needs, and technical delivery. You’ll help turn ambitious EV charging plans into real-world results.

This is the role for someone who thrives in complexity, knows how to get things moving, and brings people together to make it happen.

The Role

You’ll lead project planning, DNSP engagement, and the successful delivery of Kwetta’s grid-first charging infrastructure across Australia. From early feasibility through to commissioning, you’ll connect ambition with execution.

You’ll be:

Supporting early sales conversations with technical advice and practical feasibility insights

Engaging directly with DNSPs to unlock timely, flexible grid connections

Coordinating timelines, budgets, contractors and risks to keep projects on track

Leading clear communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Keeping progress visible, solving problems early, and feeding learnings back into the business

This role helps make our mission real. Our technology only works if the grid connection is right. You’ll help us deliver that, again and again.

What We’re Looking For

You’re calm under pressure and motivated by impact. You’ve got a strong track record delivering complex projects, and you know how to work across multiple stakeholders to keep momentum and clarity.

You’ll bring:

Solid project management experience, with strengths in planning, budgeting, and delivery

Strong electrical or infrastructure knowledge, especially in HV and LV systems

Experience working with DNSPs or other network providers

A clear, practical communication style and the ability to simplify complexity

A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in and help

A can-do attitude with the drive to move projects forward, even when the path isn’t fully clear

Openness to feedback and a belief that great delivery comes from continuous improvement

Flexibility to travel across Australia, and occasionally to NZ
