This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to take ownership of high-impact projects while ensuring quality, ROI, and strategic outcomes.

Duties:

• Lead the full lifecycle of development projects from feasibility to delivery and handover
• Manage project feasibility studies, cost plans, programs, and risk assessments
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
• Ensure long-term performance goals are met in line with client investment strategies
• Provide regular reporting and updates to internal teams and investor clients

The skills and experience required for this role:

• Experience in project management within development, construction, or client-side environments
• Strong knowledge of feasibility modelling, budgeting, and ROI analysis
• Proven experience across multiple asset classes and large-scale, complex projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, long-term assets
