Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Consultant, Business Analyst to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.

The Consultant, Business Analyst will play a key role in the analysis, improvement and re-design of business processes and systems. The role focuses on supporting processes in the engagement, nurturing, marketing and advancement space. The role involves collaborating with various business stakeholders and technical teams to plan, discover and redesign processes and business solutions, with a strong focus on understanding business value and enhancing the customer experience.

What you need to succeed

1. Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience as an analyst in areas focused on customer engagement and business growth, including marketing, enquiry management and advancement.
2. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to conceptualise, establish and implement new initiatives and innovative solutions within a specified framework, including the ability to develop process mapping (as-is & to-be in BPMN), data and systems documentation in accordance with industry standards.
3. Proficient technical skills and proven experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, service management tools, SQL/other relevant database query tools (or ability to rapidly acquire these skills), with an ability to understand and interact with a complex relational database.
4. Well-developed verbal and interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical and diverse audience.
5. Demonstrated written communication skills including the ability to produce high quality user procedures, system documentation, and correspondence.
6. Demonstrated organisation skills including time management with the ability to work effectively within a client-focused team in a changing environment including the ability to work independently.
