Our Client is an AFR Top 100 Accounting firm who, due to an internal promotion are seeking a Supervisor to join their Gold Coast office. In this leadership position you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in taxation, accounting and business services while managing Client relationships and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

About the role

• Report to the Directors and manage Client relationships
• Lead, manage, and mentor junior staff to ensure team development
• Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements for various structures
• Provide direct Client support with a strong focus on accounting, tax, and business advisory services
• Represent the brand at networking and charity events

The ideal Candidate

• 4 + years of tax and business services experience within public practice
• Strong technical expertise
• Will integrate well into a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• CA/ CPA qualified or near completion

On offer

• $100,000 - $120,000 plus Super
• Hybrid role, three days in office and two days at home (optional)
