We’re looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Loan Processor / Broker Assistant to join a successful Loan Market business that’s ready to scale. With monthly settlements already at $2–3M and the capacity to hit $10–15M, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the back-end engine that powers future growth.

You’ll be supporting an established broker team and taking full ownership of the loan process – from first client contact through to settlement. This is more than just admin – it’s a role where your input, initiative, and problem-solving skills are valued daily.
What You’ll Do
Manage files end-to-end: onboarding, compliance, submissions, through to settlement
Work across both residential and commercial loans
Maintain detailed client records and task management via MyCRM and Hubspot
Communicate with lenders, clients, and third parties to keep applications moving
Collaborate with an experienced broker and long-standing support team member
What You Bring
Strong experience with MyCRM confident and autonomous user (MUST HAVE)
Background in processing or broker support across resi and commercial lending
High attention to detail and strong time management
Excellent communication – written and verbal
Proactive, tech-literate, and comfortable working independently
A growth mindset – keen to stay and grow with a business long-term
