They are seeing an Assistant Development Manager to join their team, working with senior members of the team to learn and expand their skills in development and project management. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Duties & Responsibilities
Supporting the Development Team, the Assistant Development Manager will work primarily across 2 major projects offering day to day support to ensure project milestones are met on time and on budget.

Duties may include:

• Offering administrative, financial, and reporting support to the Development team
• Assisting with procurement and contract administration
• Working with ARGUS EstateMaster to input and update feasibilities
• Prepare all project submissions for approval
• Coordinating with contractors, preparing contracts and filing appropriately
• Receiving reports on work completed, tracking project costs, and updating internal system
• Assist in translation/ interpretation between English and Mandarin for reporting purposes
• Assist with preparation of reports and project updates to head office

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:

• University education in development, property, project management or other relevant area
• Ability to speak and write fluently in Chinese (Mandarin)
• Passion for learning and proactive approach
• Experience in development, project management, valuations or relevant industry all highly regarded
