We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Built Form Development Manager to oversee the successful delivery of medium and high-density residential projects, including architecturally designed apartments, townhouses, and luxury waterfront homes. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading planning, design, approvals, and construction delivery for landmark projects already in motion.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage the full lifecycle of complex residential and mixed-use projects — from concept and approvals through to delivery and handover.

Oversee and drive progress on high-profile developments, including a billion-dollar medium-density precinct with a town centre, premium waterfront apartments alongside a thriving marina, and masterplanned new communities still in design stages.

Lead project planning, design management, budgeting, tendering, and contract administration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure projects adhere to budget, timeline, quality, and regulatory standards, including NCC and the Design and Building Practitioners Act.

Mentor and grow the team to meet and exceed delivery objectives.

What we’re looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Design Practitioners Licence (or willingness to obtain with support).

Minimum 8 years of experience delivering residential apartment and townhouse developments.

Proven expertise in planning, approvals, design, and delivery of complex, multi-level residential projects.

Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Detailed understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for Class 1a and Class 2 buildings.

Hands-on, collaborative and proactive with the ability to see the bigger picture and the finer details.
