Emplooyee - From $120,000 base salary + 12% Super + Benefits | Salary increase based on experience

We provide expert services in Behaviour Therapy, Psychology, Specialist Behaviour Support, Clinical Supervision, and Specialist Assessments. For over 15 years, we’ve supported individuals with complex disability needs across community, family, health, and education settings.

About This Role

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed, and evidence-based supports to NDIS participants. You will:

Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)

Develop, review, and implement behaviour support plans (BSPs)

Provide training to families and support staff

Collaborate with allied health teams and stakeholders

Maintain clear documentation in line with NDIS Commission standards

You’ll Bring

NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID (Proficient or Advanced)

Minimum 2+ years in behaviour support

Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent

Current WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)

Driver Licence
