About the Role:

The Behaviour Support Practitioner (Coordinator) provides both operational support to the Operations Manager and holds a small case load of clients funded for Behaviour Support Services. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will play a key role in authoring and monitoring the quality, and compliance of behaviour support plans, clinical notes, and other mandatory documentation.

You will provide the Operations Manager with day-to-day support, complete and provide timely data on operational activities, complete a range of auditing tasks. Plus, other duties at the discretion of the Operations Manager and Managing Director.

About you:

· You will have experience in authoring behaviour support plans including implementation

· Ability to support and manage employees

· Passion for innovation and supporting start-up programmes

· Proven ability to effectively coordinate NDIS Allied Health Services

· Familiarity with client management systems, Office 365 and SharePoint

· Experience providing support and guidance to multi-disciplinary allied health teams.

· A Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or similar

· Hold a current NDIS Practitioner Identification number
