What we’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (postgraduate preferred)
• Experience in a senior marketing role
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and campaigns end-to-end
• Strong digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development skills
• Ability to align marketing initiatives with strategic business goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Technologically literate across tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics/Search Console, Zendesk

Highly Regarded

• Experience in higher education or student recruitment environments
• Familiarity with CRICOS/TEQSA standards
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of budget and supplier management
• Passion for content creation and storytelling
• A proactive, agile mindset with a continuous improvement approach
