We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive specification sales through the Architecture & Design (A&D) community. Working across office fit-outs, education, and government projects, you’ll represent a premium brand offering a portfolio of beautifully crafted, performance-led interior products.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers.
Drive product specification into commercial projects across key sectors including workplace, education, and government.
Deliver compelling presentations and CPDs to design studios and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with builders, project managers, and contractors to support end-to-end project delivery.
Stay across market trends and represent the brand at key design and industry events.

What You’ll Bring:
Proven success in A&D specification sales across interior products such as textiles, carpet, flooring, paint, acoustics, or furniture.
A strong existing network within Sydney’s design and architectural community.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a design-led mindset.
Commercial acumen, organisational strength, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
A genuine passion for product, people, and creating beautiful, functional spaces.
