Now, as we continue to grow, we're inviting expressions of interest for an experienced and passionate People & Culture Advisor to join our team.

You're our on the ground eyes & ears:

Partner with managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding 🤝

Support wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives

Provide trusted general HR/IR/WHS and advice across all areas the organisation

Ensuring compliance with HR/IR/WHS legislation and contributing to a culture of safety.

Supporting the Return-to-Work processes and assisting injured employees back into the workplace.

Contributing to policy development/review and people-focused projects

Helping shape a workplace where people truly thrive as our P&C/WHS all-rounder 🌱

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

At mandatory minimum of 2 years of generalist HR experience ✅

Mandatory experience in OH&S, workplace investigations, and Return to Work coordination.

A qualification in Human Resources or related field (Diploma or higher) 🎓

A strong understanding of Fair Work legislation and award/EBA interpretation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you're a connector!

Strong communication and relationship-building skills 🗣️

A proactive, collaborative, and values-driven approach to your work.
