BerleyPro is on the hunt for a Marketing Manager who’s as passionate about innovation as they are about telling a great story. We’re a fast-growing Aussie manufacturer based in Melbourne, designing and making premium kayak and marine accessories that are used all over the world.

About the Role

This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll take the lead on everything marketing — from content strategy and product launches to dealer engagement and social media. You’ll be building our brand voice, shaping our customer experience, and helping us scale globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

Planning and executing marketing strategies across digital and print

Creating authentic content — photo, video, email, web, socials

Working directly with our product, sales, and international dealer teams

Managing campaigns, launches, and community initiatives

Tracking performance and optimising for what actually works

Keeping our tone honest, helpful, and a bit cheeky

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience (bonus if you’ve worked with ecommerce or outdoor brands)

A good eye for content and a brain for data

Confident across Meta, Google, Woocommerce, Omnisend, and maybe even Adobe products

Comfortable owning strategy but not afraid to jump into the weeds

A self-starter who can run fast and figure things out

Bonus points if you’ve spent time on the water or love gear that just works
