Gaia EnviroTech, based in the same offices (a sister company of Gekko Systems), is a bioenergy and waste management company focused on improving soil health and reducing methane emissions from rotting food waste and vegetation. This led to the development of Anaerobic Digestion systems and Rapid Composting technology.

The opportunity, we’re looking for a highly organised, creatively driven Marketing Manager to support the execution of our brands and content creation. This role is a 12-month maternity leave replacement working full time, with the potential to be extended.

As our Marketing Manager, you will perform the day-to-day marketing operations from content creation to CRM Management to analysis of our marketing activities and trends. Your aptitude and ability to tell a story will set you apart.

What You'll Do

Oversee and create engaging content across various formats, such as news stories, social media posts, and case studies to support marketing goals and drive audience engagement.

Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with company values, tone to strengthen brand recognition.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM), lead generation and campaign development that aligns with our strategy and brand.

Ensure the company website remains current, accurate, and engaging by regularly updating content, monitoring functionality, and implementing improvements as needed.

Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence by regularly posting relevant content, engaging with followers.

Plan, design, and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.

Coordinate the company’s attendance at industry conferences by managing logistics, registrations, and promotional materials ensuring a strong presence while staying within budget.

Analyse end-to-month reporting and trend analysis, contributing to insights that inform strategic decisions and communicate with internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suite (Canva, ActiveCampaign and WordPress experience highly regarded).

Impeccable organisation and written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone.

A proactive mindset and collaborative approach – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Strong creative instincts and a passion for branding.
