Are you a digital delivery dynamo with a passion for innovation and impact? Horizon Power is looking for 2x Digital Product Delivery Lead’s to steer the execution of cutting edge digital initiatives that support clean energy solutions and vibrant regional communities.

You’ll be at the heart of our product centric transformation, aligning teams, tech, and processes to deliver customer focused value — fast and at scale.

What you’ll do:

• Delivery Excellence: Develop and maintain evergreen digital product roadmaps and delivery plans that align with business priorities.

• Agile Management: Oversight and facilitation of agile ceremonies, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement practices.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing and validation.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and vendors to develop long term plans and deliver high-value outcomes.

• Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Financial Oversight and Risk Management: Oversee financials, prepare business cases, and ensure cost-effective delivery.

• Promote Innovation: Promote automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges and unlock new opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

• Significant experience in managing and delivering digital products or projects.

• A proven track record in delivering complex digital transformation initiatives.

• Extensive expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, or related disciplines.

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly regarded

• A passion for tech, innovation, and making a difference.

• Experience in the energy and utilities sector is a plus.
