About the Appointment

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Manager will manage the full breadth of financial operations and provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation. You will play a key role in providing assurance and shaping the future of financial governance across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, standalone role responsible for:

• Financial management and reporting
  
• Budgeting and forecasting
  
• Strategic input and advice to ELT
  
• Audit and compliance
  
• Payroll
  
• Oversight of investment and property assets
  
• Leading process and internal controls uplift
  

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and trusted finance professional with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• CA or CPA qualified
  
• Proven experience in a similar role; comfortable being hands-on.
  
• Strong FP&A capability and experience supporting decision-making
  
• Confidence managing and uplifting internal controls and financial processes
  
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial management
  
• Experience with asset management is highly desirable
  
• Experience in a member-based or NFP organisation is highly desirable.
