This is an exciting commercially focused role supporting a CEO to drive commercial strategies to support the growth and expansion of this multifaceted business. With key projects across development, engineering and manufacturing this organisation has seen growth through organic attraction and acquisitions. You will join a leadership team focused on developing outcomes, driving optimization whilst being supported with mentoring and reward.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with senior stakeholders you will also partner with corporate functions and operational teams to drive outcomes.

Review and negotiate contracts including analyse pricing models

Build and develop business case models

Analyse M&A targets and financial viability

Drive internal controls and support the evolution of business processes

Develop document management and controls

Present board reports across business performance

Engage with external experts with financing, acquisitions and JV agreements

Ideally you will have a demonstrated experience operating in a commercially focused role partnering with key stakeholders to influence outcomes. Previous experience in an operationally focused organisation reviewing and managing contracts, negotiations and sales strategies will be a distinct advantage. A foundation in accounting and the commercial principles will help to underpin the outcomes in this role.
