This high profile ASX listed property group has a broad range of investments and with an impressive history of growth are well placed to take advantage of market changes. Their finance team are highly motivated, keen, smart, and provide a great environment for any ambitious person to grow their own skills.

Key duties for this role will include:

Working with stakeholders in Finance and IT to identify business needs and document requirements

Perform detailed gap analysis between current and ideal future state

Develop a strong understanding of various business operational areas

Collaborate with Analysts to design solutions

Document and execute test scripts

Coordinate user acceptance testing

Create end-user and training documentation

You will have a degree in Accounting or Finance (CA/CPA a plus) and with 3+ years of experience in Accounting roles ideally with exposure to finance system transformations and business analytics and a track record in delivering process improvements in a complex structure. The ability to work autonomously, operate in a fast-paced environment, solve problems and drive through solutions, and an adaptable nature are all key.
