As a Finance Systems Accountant, you'll sit at the intersection of finance and technology. You'll play a critical role in maintaining, optimising, and supporting the financial systems landscape - particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This is a key position offering extensive exposure to exciting finance projects, system upgrades, and new implementations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to SME for D365 F&O within the finance team
• Support day-to-day financial systems operations, including troubleshooting, system reconciliations, and month-end support
• Drive enhancements and continuous improvements across finance systems and related processes
• Partner with IT and external vendors on system upgrades, testing, and implementations
• Lead or support finance-related projects including automation initiatives and reporting optimisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve system use across departments
• Maintain robust documentation, controls, and data integrity standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Finance Systems Accountant or similar finance systems-focused role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (essential)
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and finance processes
• Demonstrated experience supporting finance transformation projects
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with finance, IT, and operations teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time in-office (5 days/week) in South Sydney
