We’re a growing franchise network with big ambitions and strong infrastructure. As part of our next growth phase, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and take charge of building new B2B partnerships nationwide.
About the Role
This is not your typical BDM role. You’ll be backed by a full support team (bookings, digital marketing, admin) so you can focus on what you do best — selling, growing relationships, and locking in long-term deals.
You’ll be targeting councils, sports organisations, event companies, schools, and mining clients, with the opportunity to travel regularly to regional hubs and franchise territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively develop new leads and opportunities through outreach, meetings, and presentations
Build lasting partnerships with local councils, schools, mining sites, and commercial clients
Travel up to 12 weeks/year to attend expos, meetings, and site visits (interstate/regional)
Collaborate closely with the head office and franchisees to support national expansion
Meet monthly and annual sales targets and report performance via CRM

💰 $80,000 to 90,000 base salary + super + 5% uncapped commission
💸 $3K performance bonus for exceeding 120% of target

About You
We’re looking for a confident relationship builder and self-starter who thrives in a mobile role. You enjoy face-to-face meetings, know how to develop new markets, and want to be part of something growing fast.
You’ll bring:
3–5+ years B2B sales or partnerships experience (events, franchising, or similar)
Strong communication, pitch, and negotiation skills
Confidence in managing pipelines and hitting sales goals
Experience dealing with councils, schools, or commercial clients is a plus
Flexibility and willingness to travel across Australia
A current driver’s licence and full Australian work rights
