🚀 The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather and document requirements, map business processes, and support the delivery of scalable, customer-centric digital products. You'll be instrumental in aligning project goals with business strategy while improving the booking experience for thousands of travellers.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Creating detailed use cases and process maps to support product development
• Leading workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Supporting user acceptance testing and preparing training materials and system documentation
• Providing thought leadership and BA best practices within the project team

💡 About You

• 5+ years' experience in business analysis, ideally within travel, e-commerce, or other digital-first sectors
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-focused solution design
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and business process re-engineering
• Confident communicator with excellent facilitation and documentation skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly regarded
• UI/UX knowledge and a formal BA qualification are desirable
