You'll be responsible for all marketing direction, brand development, and campaign delivery across a portfolio of three well-known Sydney venues, each with a unique history and offering. The goal? To connect them under one brand philosophy, increase market visibility, and drive measurable growth in patronage, bookings, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute group-wide marketing plans that unify multiple venues under a shared identity while preserving what makes each location unique
Create and implement campaigns across digital, social, in-venue and traditional marketing channels
Lead the rebranding and alignment process, establishing consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging across venues
Drive function and event sales through targeted marketing and promotional strategies
Own the social media presence of each venue, managing calendars, content creation, paid advertising, and engagement metrics
Maintain and optimise websites, newsletters, customer databases and online listings
Analyse performance data to measure ROI, customer behaviour, campaign success, and engagement trends
Collaborate closely with the venue management teams to understand local trade patterns, promotions, customer feedback, and opportunities to improve brand connection
Liaise with external creatives, designers, and agencies as needed - while staying hands-on in content creation and execution
You'll Be a Good Fit If You:
Have prior experience in pubs, restaurants, or broader hospitality marketing, particularly in the Australian market
Understand how to balance brand storytelling with driving bookings and foot traffic
Can work across a group of venues that are evolving - and see the potential in bringing structure and clarity to their branding
Are confident running socials, EDMs, websites, and paid digital ads without heavy reliance on agencies
Bring strategic thinking, strong copywriting skills, and an eye for good design
Are proactive, self-led, and enjoy seeing tangible results from your work
Have a solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and local area targeting
Can build strong relationships with GMs, licensees and operations leaders
