We're seeking an experienced and confident retail leader to take on a Cluster Manager position overseeing three high-performing locations: Mascot, Wollongong, and Brookvale. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for a commercially focused operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive performance through people.

The business services both B2C and B2B clients across retail, trade, and commercial channels, offering plenty of scope to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee daily operations across three stores, ensuring high performance, consistency, and strong team engagement.

Sales & Growth: Implement sales strategies to grow both retail and commercial accounts, driving top-line results.

Operations & Compliance: Manage all core operational functions including stock, visual standards, financial reporting, and compliance.

People Management: Recruit, coach, and develop store teams-fostering a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and customer service.

Customer Experience: Lead a customer-first approach across all sites, resolving issues and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain brand standards and commercial merchandising to maximise in-store engagement.

Administration: Take charge of rostering, reporting, and day-to-day efficiencies across all sites.

What You'll Bring:

Proven retail management experience, ideally across multiple sites or a high-volume single store

A strong leadership style that's hands-on, practical, and performance-driven

Strong operational and commercial acumen, with an eye for growth

Experience working with B2B clients or trade accounts (advantageous)

Full driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
