National Office Manager – Multi-Site Operations & Executive Support
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and energetic National Office Manager to oversee office operations and admin support across our locations in NSW, VIC & QLD. Based in our vibrant Rosebery office, you’ll lead a wide-ranging portfolio from property and fleet to IT, uniform management, event logistics, and everything in between.
This senior role supports our team by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes — ensuring our spaces are efficient, safe, compliant, and pleasant to work in. If you love variety, thrive on responsibility, and are highly organised, this could be the perfect fit.
In addition to managing national operations, this role provides high-level executive support to the Group CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, and preparation of board papers and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations nationally, ensuring consistent standards across the 3 states we are operating in – NSW, VIC & QLD
Manage property, maintenance, security, and supplier relationships
Lead national fleet management, including registrations, tolls, insurance, and vehicle compliance
Coordinate interstate travel, accommodation, and event logistics
Work with IT providers to manage devices, systems access, and cybersecurity requirements
Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, immigration documentation, and employee gifts
Provide executive assistance to the CEO, including diary management, meetings, board reports, and stakeholder coordination
Manage vendor contracts, and continuous improvements in efficiency and cost control
About You:
Proven experience in national or multi-site office management or senior admin roles
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and proactive, solution-focused approach
Confident managing suppliers, budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
Experience supporting executives and working with confidential information
Knowledge of WHS, HR processes, or immigration paperwork is desirable
