Finn Valley Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Newcastle and Upper Hunter Region, NSW. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our civil construction operations to support the delivery of our projects. This job is based on-site in Newcastle and the Upper Hunter Region.

Job Tasks and Duties:

Managing a team and overseeing day-to-day operations on site.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Ability to provide job site leadership and direction.

Inspecting work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and deliveries.

Communicating project progress to site engineers, senior management and clients.

Experience Required:

Experience in different activities preferred including – Drainage, Pavement Construction, Pit Lid installation, top soiling & concreting etc.

Strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible.

Previous experience in a Leadership role.

Hold a construction white card.

Physically fit.

Available for immediate start.
