Customer Service Officer - Canning Vale, WA

As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join their Canning Vale operation.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and agents, offering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for processing orders, establishing accounts, managing payments, and handling enquiries. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers to process invoices, schedule changes, and manage stock. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards of customer service will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.

Process customer orders and payments efficiently.

Establish and manage new accounts.

Support internal teams by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity.

Perform administrative duties, including updating records, stock reconciliation, and price adjustments.

Key Requirements:

Previous customer service experience is essential (call centre experience is highly regarded).

A positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel.
