The role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to apply their accounting knowledge and gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable.

This role is office based

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of financial statements.

Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.

Maintain accurate records in Xero accounting software.

Support senior accountants with monthly and annual reporting.

Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standards.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field (or nearing completion).

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Knowledge of Xero accounting software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
