You'll be joining a team who pride themselves on caring about the service we provide to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and manage aged receivables.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Fixed Assets: Strong working knowledge of fixed assets and relevant record keeping.

Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude coupled with the drive and determination to succeed, plus be able to demonstrate:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts assistant role.

Education: Certificate IV in Accounting or Bookkeeping (or equivalent).

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) is highly desirable.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
