About the role

Select Staffing are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer/Administrator to join our clients team in the Perth CBD. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your accounting skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Our clients are leaders in Drone technology sales and supplies to multiple industries across Australia and overseas.

What you'll be doing

Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers

Bank reconciliations and financial reporting

Providing administrative support

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Adhering to financial policies and procedures

Invoicing

Payroll for 4 members of staff

MYOB and Hubspot software

Part time 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in accounts officer/administrator role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data

Proficient in using MYOB and ideally Hubspot software and MS Office suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational and time management skills

Must have valid Australian work rights

What we offer

Our clients value their employees and offer a range of benefits, including:

A salary of between $65,000 to $75,000 + Super pro rata
