Job Title: Construction Supervisor – 8:6 Roster
Location: Perth (FIFO)
Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour

Our Client:
Our client is a leading Construction & Mining Services company with a strong track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the resources sector. Due to continued growth and project demand, we are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their high-performing team on site.

The Role:
Collaborating with the Project Managers, you will play a key leadership role in supervising on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a pivotal role with a company that values safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across site
• Lead and motivate site crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental procedures
• Monitor project schedules and report on progress
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers
• Complete daily reports and site documentation using digital systems

Essential Criteria:

• Rio Tinto Inducted
• Proven experience supervising staff in a construction or mining environment
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and mining operations
• High level of computer literacy (site reporting, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work FIFO on an 8:6 roster
