Our client is a well-established crane hire business operating across QLD and NSW with a strong presence in major infrastructure and construction. They’re now looking for a driven Operations Manager to lead the Wagga yard and NSW operations, build on existing project wins, and drive operational performance to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling cranes, allocating staff, and coordinating equipment maintenance
• Leading and mentoring a team of operators, riggers, and yard staff
• Managing WHS compliance, site safety, training, and workforce competency
• Building client relationships and ensuring quality service delivery
• Driving business development in the Wagga region and beyond

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in crane operations or lifting services, ideally in a leadership capacity
• High-risk work licences (C1, C6, CO, DG, RB, RI) and a solid grasp of rigging, load charts, and WHS protocols
• A strong operational mindset with the ability to manage logistics, safety, and people simultaneously
• Confident communicator who can engage with Tier One clients and build a performance-driven culture
• Proven ability to grow and lead a team in a safety-critical environment
