We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and compassionate support workers to join our team and provide ongoing care to clients.

We are currently seeking support workers who are available and reliable for the following initial shift pattern:

6:00pm – 10:00pm

Followed by Non-Active Sleepover: 10:00pm – 6:00am

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

These are the immediate needs; additional daytime shifts will become available, so applicants with daytime availability are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role

You will provide in-home support to individuals with physical disabilities, including those with spinal cord injuries. Support includes both personal care and daily living assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care (e.g., continence care, dental hygiene, bathing)

Medication administration and documentation

Assisting with rehabilitation and health-related tasks

Hoist transfers and manual handling

Light domestic duties (cooking, cleaning, laundry)

Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings

Maintaining accurate and professional progress notes

What We're Looking For

We're seeking support workers who are kind, dependable, and confident in providing high care needs and personal support.

To be successful, you'll need:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) – highly regarded

Current First Aid & CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Medication Assistance certificate

Current Medication Administration Certificate (MAP/MAPA) from a registered training organisation

Manual handling and bowel therapy experience

Current Manual Handling certification and demonstrated experience with hoists and transfers

Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle suitable for client transport

Permanent Australian work rights or valid working visa

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
