Sapphire Support is a proudly registered NDIS provider based on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in mental health, psychosocial disabilities, and complex support needs. As we continue to grow, we're inviting passionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our Part-time and Casual team.
We're especially looking to fill evening, sleepover, and weekend shifts – all of which attract excellent penalty rates under the SCHADS Award.

What We’re Looking For:
You’ll ideally have:
12–18 months’ experience in SIL or disability care
A calm, respectful, and professional approach
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
Experience with intellectual disabilities, dementia, epilepsy, diabetes, or high personal care (preferred but not essential)
Certificate III or higher in Disability (or willingness to obtain)
Key Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Blue Card
Open QLD Driver’s Licence + reliable car
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Smartphone with mobile data
Completion of NDIS 'Quality, Safety and You' module or happy to do (easy to do)
Locations:
Work may be available across Nambour, Banya, Nirimba, Baringa, Landsborough, Buderim, Bli Bli, and surrounds.
