Requirements of the Role including but not limited to:
Highly desirable: Ellipse / contract admin experience.
- High Level Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Monitor and review project and contract standards using work order management systems.
- Maintain accurate records of systems and plant equipment in Ellipse.
- Use appropriate reporting methods to track and manage equipment details.
- Contract administration covering a range of preventative maintenance services.
- Supervision of contractors and trade staff.
- Technical knowledge and good understanding of building services.
- Participate in and facilitate WHS audits, undertake on-site WHS inspections.
- Good understanding of procurement and work order management processes.
- Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e. in Ellipse and Microsoft Office).
- Develop and maintain procedures, manuals and registers while being a contributor to improving existing procedures.
- Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
