The Role
The Executive Director, Client Services provides senior operational leadership across the Organisation's therapeutic and community-based client service delivery functions, encompassing both The Centre for Women & Co. (CFW) and Men & Co. Services (MACS). Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the role is responsible for ensuring that all client services are delivered to the highest quality, are aligned with best practice, and are responsive to the needs of service users and the broader community.
Lead, coach, and support Client Services Managers and Team Leaders to foster professional excellence, service cohesion, and a culture of accountability and care.
Work in partnership with the Quality, Compliance and Risk team to ensure services meet internal standards, external accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee workforce planning and team development within the client service portfolio, ensuring staff capability, wellbeing, and supervision structures meet both clinical and operational needs.
Build strong collaborative relationships with executive peers including the CEO, COO, CFO and other Executive Directors to ensure integrated planning, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
Represent the client services portfolio in relevant sector forums, community networks, and partnership meetings, contributing to the Organisation's visibility and thought leadership.
Maintain productive relationships with funding bodies, referral networks, and partner agencies to enhance service coordination and sector impact.
Salary and Benefits
Salary under SCHADS ($75p/h) | Full-Time (38 Hours Per Week) | Car Allowance
Permanent with recurrent funding
Salary Packaging up to $15,900 (superannuation can be paid in addition to this, subject to any ATO limit if any).

Experience and Qualifications
This role requires a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, Mental Health, Counselling, Leadership or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a sector-specific and multidisciplinary team. This role would also benefit from qualifications in Business Management and leadership or related discipline and a high level of experience in executive-level project and finance management.
Potential Start Dates
This role is available to start on:
Monday 28th July
Monday 18th August
We have set start dates for new team members so that they can undertake our supportive induction process with our Practice and Development Lead and Risk & Culture Officer. This process allows new team members to have set time to learn more about our organisation, our practice frameworks and set up all equipment and logins.
