JMB Environmental Consulting is seeking an experienced and driven Indoor Environment Manager to lead our high-performing IES team. This sector is the fastest growing part of our business, and we're looking for someone who’s as passionate about mould, moisture, indoor air quality and building health as they are about supporting a team and delivering results for clients.

What you’ll do:

- Lead, mentor and support a team of consultants working across Australia

- Oversee scheduling, job allocation, QA and client communication

- Maintain quality control across assessments, reports, and post remediation verifications (PRVs)

- Drive process improvement using our in-house platforms

- Collaborate closely with our admin hub and leadership team

- Monitor KPIs and ensure we’re hitting internal and client benchmarks

- Contribute to business development and sector strategy

- Represent the brand at undustry functions

What you bring:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in indoor environmental consulting

- Strong knowledge of mould, moisture, IAQ, PRV, HVAC inspections, and relevant standards (IICRC S520, AIHA, AIRAH, etc.)

- Experience managing consultants, schedules and client expectations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Tech savvy and comfortable with digital workflows

- Calm, professional, and focused under pressure
