As a vital part of our Operations team, you'll ensure our natural capital projects create long-term value. This hands-on, impact-driven role involves shaping projects, monitoring progress, and adapting them to maximize outcomes. You'll collaborate with a regionally focused portfolio team dedicated to lasting, real-world results.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Establish, monitor, and manage the natural capital performance of each project (performance relative to environmental and agricultural goals):
• Ensure project designs are established and adapted to current conditions, context, management, and opportunity.
  
• Establish and implement clear monitoring plans to understand the current state, performance, and trajectory of each project and project opportunity
  
• Report on performance and trajectory of projects at the project and portfolio level
  
• Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with internal teams, landholders, regulators, and auditors.
  

The ideal candidate will have/be:

A proven track record in managing high-performing projects. You'll be impact and outcomes-focused, skilled in planning and prioritization, and a strong team player in multidisciplinary environments.

With the following key skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Understanding of environmental sciences and technical analysis.
• Expertise in commercial performance analysis, reporting, and negotiation.
• Experience with complex contracts and risk frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
• A superior work ethic and passion for positive environmental outcomes.
