We’re excited to be launching a state-of-the-art rubber recycling facility, and as we near our go-live date, we’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge in building our customer base, securing distribution channels, and driving commercial growth both locally and internationally.

As the International BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities across new and existing Australasian and international markets. You'll work closely with our internal teams, distributors, and global partners to drive growth, increase market share, and promote our products or services on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow the business across Australasian and global markets

Identify and establish partnerships with global distributors, agents, and clients

Represent the company at trade shows, international events, and client meetings

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure supply, compliance, and product readiness for market

Provide market intelligence and insights to guide decision-making and innovation

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company strategy

About You

Proven experience in Australasian and international business development or export sales

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and cross-border regulations

Ability to work independently and travel internationally as required

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Agriculture experience or foreign language proficiency preferred
