About the Role:

5/2 Working Week

Full Time Permanent Position.

Salary Expectations: Negotiable, based on industry background and leadership experience. Indicative annual gross salary range: $100,000 – $130,000, inclusive of a company vehicle and possible accommodation (options available)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning and execution of rehabilitation projects across multiple sites.

Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of machinery Operator (tractors and telehandlers)

Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure that all quality reporting and project requirements are reported on as required and on time.

Consult with clients, staff, and stakeholders.

Drive operational efficiency, resource planning, and budget control.

Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and reporting metrics. Consult with the Senior team regarding staff performance.

Ensure Company processes are followed and reviewed consistently and continuously.

Become completely familiar with project management system costing requirements and report each project’s results to the Senior team.

skills and key requirements:

● Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an operations Manager (or in a similar role), with specific examples to demonstrate this experience.

● Strong project & time management skills

● Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Civil/mining Engineering, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
