We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team at Pizza Hut Jesmond!

Responsibilities include:

Help with the Day to Day Management of the Pizza Hut operation by leading your team in training, customer service, product knowledge and education.

Direct your team to maximise sales, profit and opportunities for growth including the effective and efficient execution of all sales promotions.

Maintain a clean, organised and stocked environment to meet food safety and brand standard requirements.

Support effective rostering and establish engaging communication amongst the team to ensure adequate staffing and customer service standards are met.

Encourage safe work practices & ensure the safety of the team and our customers.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum 2 years proven leadership experience within a retail/fast food environment with an ability to lead a team effectively, coaching and developing team members to be their best;

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service 100% of the time;

Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements;

A strong communicator, adaptable to the fast pace of food service;

Proven experience working with POS systems and cash handling at a store level.

Flexabilty to work as part of a 7 day rostering system.

Part-time role requiring 20-30 hours per week including evenings and weekends, can lead to Full Time for the right candiate.

Current Food Safety certification and First AID (or willingness to obtain before starting)
