About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Point Team as a part-time Manager/2IC for their Point Avoca Beach location. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the continued success of this popular dining establishment. With a focus on hospitality management, this position offers the chance to make a real impact within a thriving business.

What you'll be doing

Managing the restaurant's operations, ordering stock, and inventory control

Providing hands-on leadership to the front-of-house and kitchen teams

Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests

Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and refine the menu offerings

Participating in the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a management or 2IC role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Barista Experience

Strong problem-solving abilities

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
