Join a fast-moving sales team where you'll be empowered to open doors, penetrate enterprise clients, and close meaningful deals. This is a growth-focused role - not about hammering cold calls, but about strategically hunting within warm and lapsed accounts, identifying untapped opportunity in others, and expanding wallet share across large organisations.
We're not necessarily looking for someone with tonnes of experience around the products, just someone with solid business development experience and an underestanding of how to target the right people within different departments - who also have a love of tech!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Development (70%): Proactively hunt for new business within existing and previous client accounts. Identify gaps, map key stakeholders, and build influence across departments to drive fresh opportunity.
Account Growth (30%): Strengthen and expand relationships with key accounts. Become a trusted advisor who can uncover hidden needs and position value-led solutions.
Sales Execution: Own the sales cycle—pitching, quoting, following up, and closing.
Pipeline Discipline: Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and activity tracking in CRM and sales systems.
What We’re Looking For:
A true self-starter who thrives in target-driven environments.
Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder accounts (e.g. Government, Defence, or Enterprise clients) ideal but not required.
Commercial acumen to run strategic conversations—not just transactional sales.
Confidence across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Hunger to find and win new business, while balancing longer sales cycles.
Passion for tech - especially hardware, software, and solutions from vendors like HP, Dell, Lenovo, or Cisco.
CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
What Success Looks Like:
Hitting and exceeding sales KPIs by actively building pipeline and closing new opportunities.
10+ meaningful sales conversations per day across net-new or underpenetrated accounts.
Building visibility across key accounts and influencing decision-makers.
Consistent, professional communication and timely follow-ups (under 4 hours).
CRM hygiene and visibility of accurate forecasting.
