The Organisation
They are a community based not-for-profit organisation committed to improving lives through practical support for unemployment and disadvantage. Their programs create positive change through youth services, training and employment.

The Role
Supporting managers across the business, you will be a point of reference and assistance for interpretation of awards, legislation, policies and contracts.
Working with HR Operations, your role is to support on and off boarding for all employees, provide coaching and advice.
This is a full time role, preference is for 3 days in the office where you will have the opportunity to build key relationships and provide in the moment support.
Systems literate, excellent communication skills, ability to work with ambiguity and complexity are a must.
HR qualified and with a minimum of 5 years experience, you have ideally worked within not for profit, are available immediately and will commit to the end of 2025. Salary commensurate with experience.
